How do I Withdraw My Consent
for Receiving E-Statements

 
 

There are three ways that a member can withdraw their consent for receiving electronic communications from the credit union.  They are:

  1. By calling us at (763) 422-0290 or (800) 785-AHCU (2428); or
  2. By changing the Statement Option to be Mail A Paper Statement by selecting Change e-Statement Options on the Services Page in Home Financial Services; or
  3. By writing us at:

If a member writes us, they are asked to include the following information: their name, member number and the date they wish to stop receiving Electronic Communications.
