• Microsoft Internet Explore 4.0 (or greater), Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or greater), or another Internet Browser that supports HTML 4.0, SSL encryption, and 128-bit encryption
   
• A method for receiving e-mail communications
   
• HFS Account Access
   
• Adobe Reader, for viewing the e-statement (Available as a free download from www.adobe.com)
   
• Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your hard drive or other storage medium, or a printer that is capable of printing from your Internet Browser
