Access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with Anoka Hennepin Credit Union's Voice Information Center (VIC).  With VIC members can make loan payments, transfer funds from share to share draft accounts, and inquire on any activity on your account.

VIC lets you explore your account by phone.  Call today and ask an MSR for a PIN number.

Here is a voice script EXAMPLE of a telephone TRANSFER of $100 from your SAVINGS account to your CHECKING ACCOUNT:

VIC:  Welcome to Anoka Hennepin Credit Union's voice information center!  Please enter your account number followed by the pound sign.

MEMBER:  (Using the telephone keypad enter you member number followed by the # sign).

VIC:  Please enter your four digit PIN number.

MEMBER:  (Enter your 4 digit personal identification number).

VIC:  Please enter your two digit action code, or press 99 for help.

MEMBER:  (Enter 10 to transfer from savings to checking).

VIC:  Please enter the share type of the account you wish to transfer FROM:

MEMBER:  (Enter 00 for savings).

VIC:  Please enter the share type of the account you wist to transfer TO:

MEMBER:  (Enter 10 for basic checking, 11 for preferred checking, ...etc...).

VIC:  Please enter the amount you wish to transfer in dollars and cents. Follow your entry by pressing the pound sign.

MEMBER: (Enter 10000# to transfer one hundred dollars).
