AHCU 57th Virtual Annual Meeting

AHCU will be using an online platform called CU Ballot to conduct a virtual annual meeting. Audio will be able to be heard during the meeting from the PC or mobile device speakers. Any materials handed out can be downloaded within the meeting platform.
Those representing AHCU at the meeting will be able to be seen on the screen, however member attendees will not be seen by anyone.
Login can be done two hours prior to the meeting start time. When logging in early, a wait screen will change to the live meeting once the moderator begins.
1. To login to the virtual meeting click here
2. Once on the virtual meeting website, enter the following information:
- Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number
For any accounts, including all non-personal accounts (i.e. business accounts), that do not have a Date of Birth or Social Security Number in our records, those accounts will be logging into the meeting using the Date of Birth and Last 4 Digits of the Social Security Number of the tax person on the account.
If the tax person for the account does not contain all of the needed information, then the account would log in using the Date of Birth and Last 4 Digits of the first person listed as an authorized signer on the account.
Please Note: Joint account owners may attend the virtual annual meeting with a primary member; however, registration and voting is limited to the primary member only.
